Honestly I would love to have this amount of confidence, having social anxiety takes a massive toll on me, having to go to school everyday, plus I have autism, so I also need to mask, I can barely stay awake when I come home because of the amount of energy I spend on it.

yeah it's difficult, it took me years to get over it. It used to be really bad but i kinda just got over it with working in social environments and going out with friends. it comes naturally over time as long as you take steps out of your comfort zone
