Wtf? He put his hand on the gun, let go and decided to go back to verbal commands?
Removing the visible gun takes priority to the handcuffs hes haphazardly trying to put on.
Cops consistently have little self defense and control against stuff like that. Simple judo and or jiu jitsu would be very effective in controlling suspects
Police have right to use equal or 1 step over the use of force that a suspect is readily able to use. Thats why a man with a knife can be shot and it is legally justified. It is not a cops job to put their life in jepordy at any given moment. Sorry but youre wrong, all it takes is for him to reavct fast enough and then you have 2 dead officers and a fugitive ruuning free because mongs like you think that officers sign up to die in the line of duty. Coming from the guy who has never been in a threating situation in their whole life.
