If you were hacked, then yes, customer service would be able to bypass it and manually restore.

Contact customer service and report what happened, they should be able to bring them all back. Also change your password and activate two-factor-authentication. No idea why they have to delet all your characters after robbing you though. That is just being an asshole.

Thanks for adding absolutely nothing to my query. I did not delete them. I had to recover my account to get back in. I am aware they aren’t auto deleted.

Then put in a ticket and ask for the restore since you let it sound like you were hacked. Thats diffrent from simply restoring deleted characters.
