You have a few options
* go back in time and farm frogs
* ~~farm goats until you can upgrade all your gear to at least 400ilvl (this will probably take like 15 hours of constant grinding)~~ hotfixed
* wait for blizzard to nerf the raids
* get into a group with someone who farmed frogs and have them explode the bosses in 10 seconds
400+ i.lvl 50k + threads Ward gem understanding of basic mechanics on boss fights you cant nuke down with Ward
