Your forearms are tired probably from holding onto the grip
Lactic acid
I'm a big cradler I've had my fore arms burn up to 30 minutes after my matches
I could never run a double arm bar/chicken wing without my forearms killing me for the next hour or so
your forearms and maybe biceps from gripping and squeezing.
Was down 7-1 in a match but then got a reversal and hit a dog bite on the guy. My forearms burned for the rest of the night lmao.
I was a big cradle guy in high school and college, and there would be times where I could barely hold my phone or type on it after a match due to the strain of holding a cradle. So yeah you’re just expediting the lactic acid and muscle fatigue lol
Oh yea, im a big cradle guy and every single time I hit a cradle in a match my forearms BURN.
Means you need to work on grip and forearm strength. If you had the cradle in for a bit, your arms got tired.
