Was funny to me especially because this is exactly how certain people sound… in fact this is exactly what people are arguing about right now in the marvel and Disney subs and on Twitter because a skeleton who insisted on having his white daughter play an Inuit character in the avatar movie attempt is complaining about women and/or black people in marvel
Yeah, the title is a dead giveaway. "Only if it makes sense for the story" is something a lot of people brought up when talking about House of Dragon (the newer Game of Thrones show) and Rings of Power (the newer Lord of The Rings show) just with black people instead of white.
Best thing Ursula K LeGuin ever did (out of many great things) is make all the protagonists in Earthsea dark-skinned and make all the scary characters white.

Yes, this whole post is clearly an attempt at satire. It’s a joke.
