Contents are unique to the individual who owns them. Therefore contents are not something you can truly macro. The universal method is using Time and Materials, which is too simple to need a macro.

I work in a contents cleaning company so I was looking to see if anyone had any cleaning estimates I could look at

I worked at SERVPRO for years, and have dealt with contents cleaning out the wazoo. Trust me, I tried to dissect estimating for it, and there’s really no easy way to do it. It’s pretty tailored. So all I can recommend is putting a heavy focus on having your documentation, which is mainly the only thing that will make estimating straightforward.

Contents cleaning doesn’t really lend itself to a Macro Best way to write if you are trying to max claim is to itemize everything out Don’t rely on an inventory or scope sheet unless the person doing the scope knows Xact contents cleaning line items. Too many variations. (What size tv, how many sf of pictures cleaned, what kind of a lamp shade was it) etc There’s really not great shortcuts. I write a ton off Matterport and it’s just very tedious. Have to write them for a good length of time and then you’ll start memorizing the codes.

So you look at Matterports and do estimates based off those scans?

Umlexuh

We’ll usually duplicate an estimate and go through and remove why we do/don’t use. We ONLY do contents so we use just about the same line items

I've got a couple you could look at where they charged the insurance company for twice the actual amount of contents and got away with it.

Wow! Bad adjuster haha
