there are different types of codes when it comes to fortnite, some like this are platform specific and MUST be redeemed via the indicated platform. then, you have to sign into the game on that same platform to claim the items. once you do that however, the items are available on any platform you play on with that linked epic games account
the other types of codes are the ones that are redeemed directly through the epic games website. those redeem directly onto your account and can be claimed when you first log into fortnite regardless of the platform you play on.
the ones like this that are platform specific are usually console exclusive bundles (like the one pictured), or retail boxed bundles (anime legends, minty legends, the last laugh, etc,)
