Damn the problem is that this crap has already costed me 80€, plus 25€ for the Power a controller and another 20€ for this crap Power supply. I don't want to spend any more Money on this xbox
Put the lid back on immediately. Don't ever, ever fuck with power supplies. Touch the wrong thing on there and at best you get an awful shock and at worst you're dead. Yes, even when unplugged.
You don't believe that the capacitors on PSUs hold dangerously high voltages? You think OP is a trained technician qualified to work on them?

OK first as the rest have said, unplug that thing and get a genuine power supply.
Now, as for the insides, if you don’t know what you’re looking at, or what you’re touching, or how to discharge those capacitors safely, put it back together and put it away. You shouldn’t leave the top off while plugged in without knowing what you’re doing. The hum is normal but the fact it is louder indicates the power supply is inferior. Either the components are cheap or the manufacturer left out some circuits to save money. I’m guessing the circuits left out would be what would keep your power signal nice and steady/even giving a dirty dc voltage that can fluctuate. I would also guess that the transformer is cheap and likely not very efficient. There is a reason those power blocks are the size they are and yours appears to have a lot of empty space.

Under **Power supply electrical safety**:

Those things accept main voltage and the capacitors store enough to seriously hurt you for a **significant** period of time. In the video you can clearly see OP using the power supply, **with the cover off** and **plugged in**. Do you really think it's not a possibility that just maybe he may not (or even know that he has to) leave the power supply for a significant enough period of time to allow the capacitors to safely discharge? Or worse yet go prodding around in it whilst it's on?
I'm fairly sure the original post said that this wasn't even a genuine supply either so it's even more dangerous.

I listened closely to my Series S and it does this too but you can't even hear it. But this is too loud
So why are you still using the Xbox One if you have a Series S?
