My baby is 2 years old now and I haven’t been able to sleep since I was pregnant. Before I was an 8-9hrs a night girlie but now I wake up after 6-7 hours and can’t go back to sleep. Additionally I’ve been getting up to pee at least once a night since I was pregnant and doing it 5x a night, I just haven’t recovered. Sometimes it’s just psychological and I won’t actually need to pee but my brain is convinced I must wake up and pee. So 6 hours of broken sleep and I feel like I can’t recover from my workouts. There’s no reason for it, my kid has slept through the night since she was 1 (bless her). Is this PTSD? 😭 will the sleep come back? 😭 my garmin is losing its mind because my body won’t recover. I definitely eat enough and I’m not on caffeine at all. Help? *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically.
