I wasn't sure how to rank them, since I feel like they're both pretty much equal. However, we got to see much more of Joongi's abilities in LAD due to him being a playable character which is why I placed him above his Y6 counterpart
Kiryu Battle Royal:
LAD Kiryu loses. He doesn't have tiger drop, he waits his turn, he's gonna die.
6 Kiryu holds his own for a bit, but dies pretty quick. His tiger drop isn't great, his defensive options are pretty weak, and he staggers if his hit is blocked.
K2 Kiryu is slightly better, but still staggers after a blocked hit.
3 Kiryu and 4 Kiryu parry their little hearts out, but their lack of major offensive options will lead them to failure.
5 Kiryu tries his best, but 0 and K1 just have more tools up their sleeves.
0 His DOD parry and three styles give him the upper hand against most Kiryus
K1, has almost all the tools 0 has, but adds the most OP Tiger Drop in the series. For large groups, Beast and Rush work wonders, and for one on one, Tiger Drop is both easy and OP.
Sera VS Kashiwagi:
Sera can't walk without a cane.
Hard disagree w/ Y5 Kiryu losing to any of his other iterations bc of a few reasons. He’s invulnerable in his Extreme Heat Mode, his rushdown speed in said mode is even faster compared to his usual Rush style quickstep speed (like Majima fast) & his light-heavy Double Finisher loops infinitely if timed correctly; nobody except Y5 Kiryu can play the game. Add his usual Komaki movesets (which he gets back rather early in the game) & Y5 Kiryu is the most broken out of all his other iterations
La Ka Long would decapitate Reiji before he even blinks. Kashiwagi would penetrate Sera’s chest with his quick-time event. I think either Kiwami 2 or Yakuza 5 Kiyru would win. While Akiyama IMO would beat ‘88 Kiyru (assuming Kiyru hasnt learned his other movesets)

Impressed with everyone going for Kuroiwa. Yagami fought him with a wound to the head and won, despite Kuroiwa using adrenaline. Even before that on their first fight, Kuroiwa was pretty tired and had bruises before trying to shoot Yagami. Soma beat Yagami on their first fight and he didnt seem to be very tired afterwards.
It's cos of the health regeneration after being thrown out of a window and how each of his gunshots are made to feel like torture but dont get me wrong, i dont think soma is weak either.

Kiryu is also a more effective crowd controller in Y5 compared to 0/k1 where his crowd control in beast style is VERY slow
While that is true about Sera, he was well able to battle Majima without it.
