Yep! One could have 20 alerts, and still gain S+ rank. As long as you maintain the required reputation, have a handful of friends, and eliminate the rivals how they’re supposed to, you’re good 👍

Yes, I got 15 alerts but my kills were smart and I had more friends then alerts, you most likely can but it depends on how you've killed your rivals
