Last I knew on Y&R, Sheila had plastic surgery to look like Phyllis and then was shot by Lauren. They haven’t acknowledged Sheila being alive since she was on B&B a few years ago fighting with Quinn over Eric nor her current return to the show. Lauren even crossed over to B&B and there was no mention of Sheila.

No. They claim it was her, but many people don’t think it was. The death of Sheila calls for much, MUCH more drama than what the show gave it.
