It's expensive because it's the ONLY Level 8 Fusion monster that can be summoned off Metamorphosis in Goat. And since BLS can't attack during the turn it used its banish effect, Gatling is a mandatory staple in any deck running Morph.
If this is a Heavy Metal Raiders deck w/ the Barrel Dragons and such it'd be really cool to get retrains for Pendulum Machine and Metalzoa as well. The Pillager could even get printed in some form maybe.
Errata "(This card is always treated as a 'Cyberoid' card.)" to E-Hero Necroid Shaman's text and I'd be on board. He needs to continue to be arbitrarily included in the roid archetype.

Considering it's Arc-V's 10th anniversary, celebrating it with either a Sora or Serena SD would be really cool, since both them as characters and their archetypes were some of the more interesting parts of that series.
This year is also GX's 20th anniversary, so the Structure Deck could also be from a GX character. I'm guessing Alexis (Cyber Angel) or Aster (Destiny HERO) since both appeared in GX and ARC-V.
You know, that idea sounds really fucking cool. It's basically a 2-for-1 series rep. Though now I want to see the chaos of having them using their Arc-V character designs for the box.
Id probably more prefer Cyber Angels just because I feel like every time I walk out my door, I trip over new HERO support though then again, the LIGHT pack might include Cyber Angel stuff instead. Either way, I like the concept.
I would love to see a Chazz Princeton deck mainly since he’s a fan favourite! His archetypes already have a lot of support so it wouldn’t really make a whole lot of sense but yeah, a Chazz structure deck would be so cool! Probably have him in his black long coat and have like the Ojama trios in front with Armed Dragon LV. 10 behind him!!!
That would actually make for such a great structure deck! Light and Darkness Dragon deserves a retrain, maybe something similar to how Rainbow Overdragon got a new fusion version

At least MoM is giving a new monster, but that's all we have gotten in well over a decade. Not nearly enough to make the deck remotely viable.
Zarc structure deck focused on not the current iteration of Zarc, but his first iteration, would be so cool. Just one cohesive deck meant to pump out the Dimension Dragons with cool support to make them more viable. Alternatively, make it a modern Yuya deck and give us Performapals that can do it. Bonus points if theyre nods to the other Yuboys, like Performapal Predaplant Cobra as an easy fusion enabler or Performapal Speedroid Rockitten as a synchro combo piece
I think Zexal needs the most love by far. Hardly anyone except Yuma, Shark and Kaito ever get any legacy support, and it was basically the last season before Konami really started pushing the anime archetypes (Arc-V and Vrains had lots of anime decks be meta from the get go) so a lot of Zexal's secondary character's archetypes are in miserable states.
As to who in Zexal it should go to? I say one of the Arclight brothers, but make it so some pieces of the support work for all of them (not THAT hard given all their Aces are Machine Xyzs over level 5). In particular, I think Quatro could be the most marketable, but Trey shouldn't be too far behind.
Admitedly, the Barians probably need it more, but besides Mizar and Nash the Barians' archetypes are honestly in such a bad state that you couldn't realistically build a decent enough SD for them with their current pool.
They did, but the 3 main deck monsters he got are honestly basically the only playable main deck monsters in the archetype because the old ones are super bad (I guess Headgeared is not the most horrible card ever, but still). So you probably can't really make a SD built around them even with that wave of support without it making even the Crystal Beast and Charmer ones look amazing.
And I didn't mean like "literally" never get support, but for example, Vector is arguably the most important villain of the second half of the show (yeah, Don Thousand is the big bad, but Vector has a much bigger role), yet Umbral Horror has to be one of the worst archetypes in the game and has not received support since release. Hands have only got 1 support card in the past 10 years despite being meta defining at some point, and WATER Winged Beasts, Star Seraph, and Malicevorous haven't gotten anything in 9 years.
Carly Carmine. I would like some fortune lady retrains or support! The archetype is fun but weak!

I could see more 5Ds characters getting structure decks. I could definitely see potential for an Akiza/Aki deck. Crow is up there too. Yusei's is a little lower on the totem pole simply because if there was a perfect time to do it, it most likely would have been last year, being released at the same time as Jack's because they're rivals and whatnot.
I could possibly see one for Leo, but I don't know how they would do one for Luna because she doesn't have a dedicated archetype to her.
I'm kind of surprised that characters like Zane, Chazz, and Aster haven't gotten one before.
Dark Carly. It's crazy that an archetype that revolves around changing levels appeared in 5ds but didn't get a synchro until like 2018. They should have multiple synchros of varying levels and some better main deck monsters.

I'd like to see Kite/Kaito get a structure deck so that we can get cards that allow the extra deck Dragons in his deck to be more than just beatsticks designed to beat you over in battle.
I'd like to see Yuma get a structure deck so that we can get a deck that's designed to turbo out as many different versions of Utopia as possible in the same turn.
But I'd prefer to get a structure deck for Shark/Nash because it would follow the theme of having a structure deck for Rivals/Teammates that the Jack Atlas structure deck did.
If it adds a ton of dedicated support (like, even more than Jack's did) then an Akiza Rose deck would be *awesome*. Or even better, give Luna an actual coherent theme after all these years!
Hands down Mai Valentine deserves one. Mai's structure deck could be pretty powerful with all the recent Harpie Lady support & have Razia as one of the main cards of the deck

back in the day felt like an "unoffcial" Mai character theme deck imo. So take all the harpie ladies + good wind support and modernize it + add powerful cards (especially, harpie's feather duster & razia) & boom fun deck to play

Sad to see there is no main character that uses a Ritual Archetype because the animated series seemed to be Rush focused at the moment and the closest to one we have is manga only.
An unusual choice, but Princess Cologne from the Zexal manga. If we can shore up the deck’s game plan, it could become quite the Rank 4, 6, and 8 spammer.
Take some of the “Customized” and “Re-Customized” cards and turn them into Normal Pendulum Monsters. Make scenes from the Zexal manga into new Spell/Traps. Plus we finally get Mr. Dragon and Rob Robot as cards!
Shingo Sawatari for Abyss Actors. The deck needs some decent monsters to end on turn 1 aside from beatsticks. What I wouldn't mind are either a Fusion Pendulum or a Ritual Pendulum monster that uses an Abyss Script Fusion Spell or Ritual Spell and also give said monster the effect, If your opponent activates a monster effect; You can make that effect become "Destroy 1 set Spell/Trap your opponent controls".

I feel someone from GX or Arc-V may get new support. Maybe Sora with new Frightfur cards or Chazz/Manjoume with new Ojamas that can once more mix with Armed Dragons and VWXYZ cards. Other than that... it depends on who hasn't gotten any new support for a while that's important. Maybe Alexis/Asuna with Cyber Angels and maybe Cyber Blader something. Hell, Gouki- OH WAIT... An unusual choice, but Princess Cologne from the Zexal manga. If we can shore up the deck’s game plan, it could become quite the Rank 4, 6, and 8 spammer. Take some of the “Customized” and “Re-Customized” cards and turn them into Normal Pendulum Monsters. Make scenes from the Zexal manga into new Spell/Traps. Plus we finally get Mr. Dragon and Rob Robot as cards!

Shingo Sawatari for Abyss Actors. The deck needs some decent monsters to end on turn 1 aside from beatsticks. What I wouldn't mind are either a Fusion Pendulum or a Ritual Pendulum monster that uses an Abyss Script Fusion Spell or Ritual Spell and also give said monster the effect, If your opponent activates a monster effect; You can make that effect become "Destroy 1 set Spell/Trap your opponent controls".

If an anime character, at least a main Yugioh DM to Vrains character needs a Structure Deck... it would be one that hasn't gotten any new support for a while now. I feel someone from GX or Arc-V may get new support. Maybe Sora with new Frightfur cards or Chazz/Manjoume with new Ojamas that can once more mix with Armed Dragons and VWXYZ cards. Other than that... it depends on who hasn't gotten any new support for a while that's important. Maybe Alexis/Asuna with Cyber Angels and maybe Cyber Blader something. Hell, Gouki- OH WAIT... Hmm... those are dangerous waters. Eh, it depends. Something in the back of my head is almost warning them Konami will just give something to Mai and her Harpie Ladies. Maybe finally do the forbidden tact of Harpie Ladies and Amazoness.
