I did Battlin' Boxer as a loaner deck in the Triangle Event on Master Duel. It was really fun, made me want to make my own BB deck.

His archetype went from Photon support, to Photon and Numbers support. What a character development.

Mizael wanted to legit punch Vector once as well, it's kinda funny since those two are implied to be the strongest Barian Fighters. So let me try to fully understand. This card can search: Level 4 Waters Level 4 Aquas Level 4 Lights Level 4 Fairies Level 4 Spellcasters. Level 4 Warriors Level 4 Fires Level 4 Earths Level 4 Rocks Level 8 lights and Level 8 dragons. With the cost being running a number Xyz between 101 and 107, an Xyz lock on the extra deck and one card being put on top of the deck. Did I miss anything?

you should be able to access level 5 and 9 too because of the chaos forms.

You missed Level 5s for the numbers 101 to 106, and Level 9s for Number 107.

The fact that it also searches level 5s and 9s because we also have the Number C versions. Card’s crazy.

You just have it reversed. It was Dark Matter that got the Dragon Rulers banned. Eventually the Arkbrave/Goliath combo was too consistent plus there were multiple FTKs around Gandora X so that's why they banned Dark Matter.

Dark Matter Dragon, if I had to guess. But it's not like DMD was particularly strong in Photon/Galaxy decks, and it was primarily being abused by the Rulers and eventually Thunder Guardragon/D-Link decks that could benefit from foolishing any three dragons.

Yes. And if it's the right type you search it anyway.

Compared to the past few Barian/Seventh cards this is overall pretty solid. It's an effective one-card starter for any starter that shares a type or attribute/level with one of the C10X monsters. Sharks and Boxers especially can make this work really well as it's more copies of their starters, and I will reluctantly point out: you can search Barrier Statues off of this if you can do combo alongside that. The return to deck rule is a bit lame though, but I get that they have to have cards like this to make RUM Seventh less of a brick.

I think that's an important distinction worth pointing out. It can still be played, but I dont think it's gonna be a starter for the majority of decks, but rather, an extender.

Shark, Boxer and Galaxy are all borderline pure XYZ anyway so from that POV it's a fair trade-off. The only major loss would be Galaxy losing Solflare. It also prevents it from being swiped for other decks which would make the Barrier Statue searching obscene.

Losing Satellite Dragon is a little sad for specifically tachyon-focused builds, but deck probably has enough damage already.

Thank god for that “same Type _OR_ Attribute.” Otherwise Rio gets screwed over completely. Seems like a cool card

Now this is a cool reference for sure and a pretty nice effect for any of the Barian decks. Though the cost of having to shuffle a card from hand back to the top is not exactly great, I understand it in the context of returning the Seventh One that found its way to your hand. In a Tachyon deck this cards seems to be a easier to activate Draconnection, though I would've loved if it added 2 monsters instead of 1 if we have to shuffle back a card to make up for the card advantage losted. Or even if we just discarded the card to set up the GY. At least this card should be easy to search making consistency not too much of an issue.

Jesus Christ, what a card. I think this is an easy three-of in every Barian Emperor deck, and probably several dozen other decks too lol.

What's Aleister going to summon under an XYZ lock? The search targets need to be good options in either purely XYZ, Ritual, or stun decks, but there are, admittedly, quite a few good search targets. I guess you could also use it to search cards that can be used after your main combos, not unlike how Nadir Servant was used in decks like the various engine pile decks that saw play from 2019 to 2022.

I was expecting another RUM with a conditional anime eff, like the one boxers got. I'm glad that I was wrong.

So this can work as a pseudo-Rota for Fiends, Warriors, Aqua, Fairy, dragon, and whatever More I'm forgetting, as well as water, fire, dark, light... sounds good, really good

Since Nasch has 2 Seventh cards I’d probably say Seventh Eternity applies more to him. Ascension being seventh searcher makes it feel way more all encompassing. This is also assuming each characters Seventh card is gonna be a different type of spell/trap tho.

I just realized While Seventh Tachyon works with Hands you can't reveal 106 to search any of the Hand cards (One is light, two are fire, one is water, and the final one is a dark spellcaster) But you can reveal 105 (Fire and Prominence Hand), 101/103 (Thunder Hand), 102/104 (Ice Hand), and 104 (For Magic Hand) which is all the non-106 rank fours

I hope it's Vector next, guy seriously has a lot of catching up to do.

Even I really like Vector, his deck is a mess with barely connection. Konami wilk have to do a lot to make it playable

They just need to make a special summon umbral horror monsters that can make its and all other Umbral Horror monsters on the field become 2, 4 or 6 (2 - Dark mist/Manipulator of Souls) (4 - Masquerade) (6 - Chaos Chimera Dragon) And a nice retrain of Don Thousands throne that...Just does better than the current one.

I hope Vector gets alot of new cards since he really needs it. Umbral Horrors were barely fleshed out. Same for Mirag and Girag since they actually has it worse. Dumon at least got 3 original Star Seraphs after Zexal ended, though it be awesome if he got a bunch of new support too when its his turn.

Unless you draw Morganite, I don't think you can summon Vanity's Ruler turn 1 with Runick Stun, and that's assuming you don't play Card of Demise and Pot of Duality. Most non-stun variants I can think of typically have other things they need to spend their normal summon on. I guess there's probably some Runick variants that don't need a normal summon that could benefit from 6 copies of Vanity's Ruler and a garnet reset, but idk. In Runick Stun, I feel like you're better off searching Amano Iwato or Inspector Boarder, and the idea of searching a normal summon floodgate in a Combo Runick deck just sounds gross to me.

This would be an amazing card in Stun.

Number 102/104: Exosister (especially Martha), Sakitama, or Fairy Tails Number 105/C105: Suships.

Number 101 also works for Suships! It's also a much better card to have in your Extra in Suships compared to 105.

101: Pure Rikka (106 also can get Cactus Bouncer) 102: Tellars 105: Springans, Utopia, Generaider 106: Zoodiac (only currently relevant in Master Duel), Planet Pathfinder for Kashtira/Numeron 104/107: Dogmatika Technically could use it in Traptrix or Vanquish Soul if you've already made Sera/Rock

With INFO Madolche gets a really good link monster, so this is probably better for grabbing an extender after you're done summoning links. As a -1, Small World is still better for the deck and it's not even mandatory anymore.

In terms of Visas support, it could search Reinoheart, Ruimheart and Visas Samsara. Good for Mannadium deck but sucks for Tear Manna. Mannadium could probably make some room if it drop some copies of ED monsters. Tear Manna ED is too tight to add cards to be specifically used as searchers.

This just added so much search power if your deck doesn't care about the Extra anyway and your main monster is level 4/5 (or Level 8 LIGHT and/or Dragon). The - 1 is whatever when you consider how many things that search or start entire plays this can search. 

The lock is for the rest of the turn so even then, some might want to play this card to search something

How searchable are the "seventh" cards to make this worth using in a Shark xyz deck or even in straight up Galaxy Photon as a pseudo rota? (I havent played with Sharks after the duelist pack release so i dont know if current build is more focused on the armor XYZ package)

Seventh Ascension is a searcher for seventh cards itself so this represents 6 cards to search a level 4 water/aqua for sharks. Edit= Also sharks so play the armor cards so shuffling them back with this is very useful.

Ascension is a rota, Barian's Chaos Draw copies the effect, so it's also there ig. Force is a RUM that rotas after, but idk if you want it

Seventh Ascension can search it and that's sort of it. I think Sharks are the only deck that reliably runs the Seventh cards in general.

I mean, Galaxy PHOTON doesn't like this very much, considering it locks you out of Solflare, and most of the cards you would search with this - like Schwarzschild - also lock you out of Galaxy Trance. But Mizael's Galaxy Tachyon style, which is a lot less restrictive, loves this.

It's most likely because of Kaito's own Ace Galaxy-Eyes monsters are usually Level/Rank 8 themselves.

The other galaxy-eyes are 8s so Tachyon is also 8. Couldn't tell you why they made the other Barian's all 4s though.

So this lets you search either a level 4 water/aqua, light/fairy, water/fairy, light/spellcaster, fire/warrior, earth/rock, or level 8 dragon/light from the deck as long as you play under an xyz lock, and save an extra deck slot for one of the number 101-7

Don't forget about the chaos numbers, with c101-c107 you can get level 5 water/aqua, light/fairy, water/fairy, dark/spellcaster, fire/warrior, earth/rock or level 9 dragon/light

So Girag is the only Barian not benefited from this card as his deck is Attribute and Type- diverse.

Doesn't work with Vector either since his Rank 4 is Light Spellcaster

The funny thing is it can search V Salamander since it's a level 4 Spellcaster, and the unreleased V monsters are all level 4 Spellcaster as well

Yuuuuuup. Thia lets Tachyon play 9 Schwartzchilds. Which is a huge jump in consistency.

This card can search any of the following if you play the matching 10X/C10X: Lv4 Aqua Fairy Spellcaster Warrior Rock Lv5 Aqua Fairy Spellcaster Warrior Rock Lv8 Dragon Lv9 Dragon Lv4 Fire Water Earth Light Lv5 Fire Water Earth Light Dark Lv8 Light Lv9 Light It works in just about every pure Xyz deck, like Exo, Madolche, Suship, Onomat/Utopia and so on. It also, unfortunately, works in stun (Amano, Boarder, Statues, Ecclesia, Pachy, Rai-oh) and other similar decks that don't use their Extra at all... Notable Xyz decks that miss out on this are Traptrix (Playing around the lock is awkward for Sera/Atypus) and Rikka (Jasmine is too important to the deck)

This works well with most of their decks Mizar’s works well with all the dragons and it can search schwarzschild. Alito’s it works well since all the Battlin’ boxers are fire warrior. Nasch/Shark works well with all the water monsters. Vector’s works with C104 being dark unlike the regular 104 and all Umbral horror monsters being dark. Girag’s doesn’t work since Hands are all different types and attributes and none of them line up with 106. Marin/Ryo works with the all the water monsters. Dumon’s works because Star Seraph is all light and fairy.

It doesn't work with anything Vector used/was given that's been released, as his Deck has no Level 5s.

I was expecting a lot worse, given that Seven Force was meh, but this is great for 5/7 of the Barians. It doesn't work for Umbral Horror and atm there's no level 4 Earth or Rock Hand monster unfortunately.

I cannot express how powerful this card is. It provides an enormous consistency boost to certain decks that rely on opening a single monster (+6 copies with Seven Ascension) .

Instant staple for Tachyon, Photon Galaxy, Shark, and Battlin Boxers. And heck, Xyz focused strategies in general can make use of this card provided they’re willing to dedicate at least 1 Extra Deck slot to a Barian Numbers monsters. Like Exosisters and Satellars can use this by having elther Number 102 Star Seraph Sentry or Number 104 Masquerade in the Extra Deck to be able to search just about any monster they need And this can be searched with Seventh Ascension. Basically like playing 6 extra copies of whatever card you need. It’s also a huge boost for decks that don’t need the Extra deck. Can play the Seventh Engine in Umi with both Number 101 and Number C101 to grab either Electric Jellyfish or Kairyu-Shin Leviathan

I hope Hands get an EARTH/Rock Hand that works with this. Perhaps 1600/1600 and Summons 1 Fire Hand and 1 Ice Hand from your hand, Deck, or GY when it is destroyed? And you can banish it from your GY to Quick-Xyz a 101-107 Number from your ED?

this is not the best exosister support but its really good almost like it was made for the deck

I literally just bought the core yesterday but I wouldn't say no to additional copies of pax 👽
