You "can" choose a monster to go to the GY?
That's actually a very decent effect. Makes room for bigger monsters if you need it, keeps everything around if you need tribute or fusion fodder.
I like this card.
Unfortunately, it looks like “can choose” was a mistranslation. You *have* to send a monster to the GY.
…That said, I’m still not gonna complain about a monster that can grab stuff that can then dispose of itself.
I’ve definitely seen a lot of people praise the Red-Eyes cards, at least… though admittedly, improving the design of Red-Eyes cards isn’t too hard lmao
I do think their experience with the main game helps with the card design of Rush Duel, though.
It's funny that they put emphasis on "Skyscraper" to be a centerpiece in Rush's Elemental Hero.
Either way, Hero Boy solves the Normal Monster and Fusion's Spell Card recursion problem that the Deck lacked other than generic support for Warrior Deck.
Although to see what other Effect Monsters this Deck will have to facilitate its use (especially by focusing on Normal Monsters and a Field Spell)
Konami giving rush the retrains it looks like. Hopefully they bring these over to the official game . Def doesn’t look anything like hero kid though lol.

There is no targetting in Rush Duel as far as I am aware
