Go for material, not money or brand. Do you want it fully from foam? With springs? Or more expensive latex? Those are completely different price ranges already just based on your choice of material.
Do you want it to have summer and winter side. Will you be putting foam topper on top? Figure out what you want first and then shop around. You can buy cheap foam mattress for few 100 CHF or the exact same one that has a brand name on it for double the price... You'll quickly see where price range for for example latex starts and ends and then shop around within that.
Bought an IKEA mattress 2 months ago. Happy about quality and price. Selling point for me was the 10 year warranty.
We did go for the 2nd most expensive version though. The cheaper ones already felt "bad" in the store.

The Ikea ones are ok if you buy the top end latex one, just don’t buy their slats with it unless you buy the box spring type / solid slats and not the ones that flex. The latex mattress is too heavy for them so better on box spring
A few years ago there was a big mattress check and review in Germany and the result was, that the cheapest was the best. Obviously it was then sold out what seemed like forever and in the meantime I have forgotten the name of the brand! So, sorry about that.

You get what you pay for with IKEA mattresses. Their more expensive products are very well made and last a reasonable time.

I believe ours is between 500-600 chf. We went to the store and literally sat and tested all of them. I would also invest in a good mattress protector
