What are some local Halifax nicknames you’ve heard over the years? I remember when I first moved to Halifax from the country, and hearing the guys at work referring to Spring Garden as “Skin Garden”. Also was told back then to avoid Gottingen, he said he called it “Gotta Get A Gun” street
