What does this sub think of quitting smoking but only smoke when having a beer occasionally?

Can someone explain to me what my prescription means? I've been wearing the bottom one and it really helped but when I put the top one I'm my vision of blurry again. Bottom is for my right and top for my left. I also use 1.25 reading glasses on top of these to read.
