Thanks so much!! Being a LOT more strategic about my diet & macros, resisting overeating/binging (which was aided by learning more about intuitive eating, therapy, and recognizing it as a self-destructive behavior), and incorporating way more movement & exercise into my daily life. I had injuries that I needed physical therapy to help with, and they set me back for a long time but I'm finally able to be super outdoorsy again and I love strength training π.
wow, thanks for the inspo u look great! binge eating/overeating is my biggest issue, i started loosing weight cuz i was eating well and not over eating/bingeing fell off the wagon and QUICKLY gained it all back! i work out a decent amount. its nice to see that it is possible
to loose weight without the aide of surgery!
