I’ve gotten such incredible advice from this community. It’s been such a journey and I am still a LONG way from where I want to be (so thanks for continuing to put up with me) but after so much hard work, today- I could finally see, dare I say, some baby definition?? 🤯😳

F/27/5’3 [215> 193= 22lbs] (10 weeks, 4 days) Started at 225 but couldn’t get the dress on. I worked hard to look better in this dress for a wedding I’m in on Tuesday. Total 32lbs lost all together. Got it fitted & I’m satisfied. I’m nowhere near my goal but I’m happy with the progress so far!

M/47/6'0 [242>202= 40lbs] ( 24 months ) Actually dropped 53 lbs. but started to get death face :) so bulked back to 202 . Trying to join the SBD 1000lbs club in the next 6 months. Currently 44lbs short. I look unhappy in the second shot, but trust me, the gym is my very happy place.

For someone who has never been to the gym, is it okay to start going 6x a week right away?
