88 f250 460. Truck is timed and runs great, but just recently after cold start when I put the truck in drive or reverse the rpm’s climb and there’s almost a whistle. After a drive when you put it in park the rpm’s drop and occasionally the truck stalls. TPS? Vacuum leak? Advice is appreciated!

88 f250 460 efi timing question. Set timing to spec 10 BTDC. The timing jumps from 8 to 12 every 5-6 seconds. Tailpipe sounds smooth, and it’s very insignificant at the engine but with the timing light I can see the fluctuations. Any advice?
